Process Description

The acetylene and DMF cylinders are processed in a fully automated vacuum plant.

The cylinders are transported automatically via a lifting system to the sealed 'operation room'.

The cylinders are picked up and sawn in two pieces.

The contents are pressed out and fall in a Big Bag. This Big Bag is closed automatically and disposed of for further recycling.

The exhausted air is cleansed biological. This process is new and unique in this application and conforms to the technical standards in Europe.

The steel cylinder is washed and specially sealed by means of immersion using a special additive.
