GiV Leipzig -Innovative Recycling Technologies- was founded by the managingdirectors Renate Kunze and Joachim Pigors in 2002 in Leipzig, Germany. Ms Kunze and Mr Pigors are working since many years in the field of environmental technologies. They developed this idea of an in Europe unique concept.

The process of treating depressurised acetylene and DMF cylinders was developed by Ms Kunze and Mr Pigors. The speciality of this process is that as well the steel shell and all contents can be recycled. This newly processing are causing many advantages for companies which have to dispose big and small amounts of acetylene or DMF cylinders.
